GTAVCheatz Terms of Service (TOS)

By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using any products, materials, or services provided by GTAVCheatz ("Service"), you fully agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Service Description

GTAVCheatz provides digital educational materials and tutorials related to game modification topics, including instructional content for GTA V modification techniques.

The Service does not sell physical goods.

All content is strictly for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Digital Products and Delivery

All products are digital content (guides, videos, tutorials, and learning materials).

Access is delivered through methods such as:

• member areas
• Discord roles or account-based access

Delivery is considered complete once access to the materials has been granted.

3. License and Usage Rights

All content, materials, and educational packages provided by GTAVCheatz are the intellectual property of GTAVCheatz or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

3.2 License Grant

Upon purchase, the user is granted a:

• non-transferable
• non-exclusive

license to access and use the purchased materials for personal educational purposes only.

3.3 Restrictions

Without explicit written permission from GTAVCheatz, you may NOT:

• resell, redistribute, or share any content or access
• publish or repost materials in any form
• share accounts, links, or purchased access with others
• reverse engineer, modify, or bypass access controls
• use the content for illegal purposes

4. Use and Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• all materials are provided for educational purposes only
• you are solely responsible for how you use the information

GTAVCheatz is not responsible for:

• any penalties or bans from third-party platforms
• violations of game or platform terms of service
• any direct or indirect damages
• actions taken by third parties

5. Support

Support is provided via Discord or an official support system.

Support applies only to GTAVCheatz products.

Users may be required to provide relevant information for troubleshooting (order ID, screenshots, version details, etc.).

6. Payments, Chargebacks, and Disputes

All payments must be completed before access is granted.

If you believe a payment error occurred, you must contact support first.

Chargebacks / Payment Disputes: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, GTAVCheatz reserves the right to:

• immediately revoke access to all products and services
• suspend or permanently ban your account
• deny future purchases and access
• provide transaction and communication records to payment processors or authorities if required

7. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that your payment is non-reversible.

8. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no guarantees that:

• materials will work on all systems or environments
• content will remain compatible after updates
• the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTAVCheatz is not liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• game bans, penalties, or account restrictions
• financial losses or lost progress
• actions taken by third parties

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the product within the last 30 days prior to the claim.

10. Access Changes and "Lifetime Access"

GTAVCheatz may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

"Lifetime access" means:

• access to the version available at the time of purchase
• no guarantee of future updates or new versions
• older content may remain accessible, but is not guaranteed indefinitely

11. Termination

GTAVCheatz reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if a user:

• violates these Terms
• engages in fraud, abuse, or harassment
• redistributes or leaks content without permission

Upon termination, all licenses are revoked immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

GTAVCheatz may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
